Cast Iron Skillet Donut Kits
Time for delicious treats! Includes 3oz. baking mix, 1 1/2-oz. cream cheese icing, 15g. sparkles. 5 1/4” cast iron skillet.
Allergens: Wheat, Soy Egg, Milk.
After use: Always clean cast iron skillet in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Wipe down skillet with cooking oil after each use. Store in dry place. Baking directions at the back of packaging.
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine 1 pouch of mix (3 oz.), 1 tsp. of a beaten egg, 1 tsp. of melted butter and 1.5 oz. milk. Stir until just combined. Spoon batter into a well-greased donut pan to about hallway full. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until done. While the donuts are warm, gently tap the pan against the counter to release the donuts and turn out onto a sheet pan.
Using a mixer and whisk attachment, cream together 1.5oz. of softened cream cheese and 1tbsp. of softened, unsalted butter until smooth. Sift in 1.5 oz. of Cream Cheese Frosting Mix and continue mixing on low for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of bowl. Increase speed to medium-high and mix for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Sprinkle 1 pack (1.5 oz) of Sprinkle Mix evenly over the top of the frosting before it sets.
